Why UNIFIX C2TES1

The problem it solves.

The challenge

Porcelain, large-format tiles and moving substrates need more than a rigid bond. Rigid adhesives crack when the substrate moves or the tile is dense.

What makes it different

C2TES1: flexible, deformable adhesion that absorbs movement, to EN 12004.

Who it's for

Tilers on demanding, large-format or exterior projects.

Where to use it

Porcelain, large-format tiles, balconies and substrates subject to movement.

Overview

What it is.

A premium, flexible C2TES1 cement-based tile adhesive to EN 12004 — improved adhesion, reduced slip, extended open time and S1 deformability for demanding substrates, large-format and porcelain tiles, and areas subject to movement.

Application Method

How it's applied.

Ensure the substrate is sound, clean, dry and stable.

Mix the powder with clean water to a smooth paste.

Comb onto the substrate with the correct notched trowel for the tile size.

Bed the tiles within the open time; S1 flexibility absorbs substrate movement.

Surface Preparation
