Why Thermal Insulator 301

The problem it solves.

The challenge

Weak, dusty, highly porous substrates cannot be painted reliably. Friable surfaces fail under any coating.

What makes it different

A solvent-based deep-penetrating sealer that consolidates and strengthens.

Who it's for

Contractors facing old, chalky or crumbling substrates.

Where to use it

Weak and porous interior and exterior surfaces.

Overview

What it is.

A high-performance solvent-based sealer designed to deeply penetrate porous surfaces, strengthen weak substrates, reduce absorbency and improve the adhesion and durability of subsequent coating systems. Suitable for interior and exterior.

Application Method

How it's applied.

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of oil, grease and loose particles.

Apply one uniform coat by brush, roller or spray.

For highly porous surfaces, apply a second coat after the first dries.

Allow sufficient drying before subsequent coats.
