Application Method

How it's applied.

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of contaminants.

Apply acrylic sealer when necessary.

Stir and dilute 7–10% with clean water.

Apply two even coats, 2–4 hours apart.

Do I need a primer before applying this product?
For best results, prepare the surface and prime as described in the Application Method. We recommend Primer 100.
What coverage should I expect?
Approximately 8–9 m²/kg. Actual coverage varies with surface texture, porosity and application method.
How long does it take to dry?
surface dry: 30–60 min; recoat: 2–4 hours.
Can it be coloured?
Yes — White & tintable, through the El-Madina tinting system (part of MCC's 2,000+ colour range).
Which surfaces is it suitable for?
Suitable for: Concrete, Cement render, Gypsum, Masonry.
