Application Method

How it's applied.

Ensure the surface is primed with water primer 134 or 200 on the plaster.

Apply two coats of El-Madina putty 500 or 700 and smooth well.

Apply with brush, roller or spray gun.

Do I need a primer before applying this product?
For best results, prepare the surface and prime as described in the Application Method. We recommend Primer 134.
What coverage should I expect?
Approximately 5–7 m²/kg. Actual coverage varies with surface texture, porosity and application method.
How long does it take to dry?
surface dry: 1 hour; recoat: 8 hours; full cure: 24 hours.
Can it be coloured?
Yes — Bright white & tintable (2000+ colours), through the El-Madina tinting system (part of MCC's 2,000+ colour range).
Which surfaces is it suitable for?
Suitable for: Ceilings, Walls.
